Virtual Check-in
Please complete your pre visit health screening certification and all consent forms prior to your appointment. All forms are available in the patient portal. If you have never accessed the patient portal please call us and we can walk you through it.
Plan to come alone
Please plan to attend your appointment alone. No family or friends may accompany you to your appointment with the exception of one interpreter if needed. If you are unable to find child care, you may bring up to 2 children with you to your appointment, but they must stay with you in the treatment room at all times.
Arrival
Our waiting area is closed. Please text us at 919-864-2804 or 919-906-9722 when you arrive and wait in your car. We will let you know when to come in and go straight back to your treatment room.
Keeping Us All Safe
Masks
All patients will be required to wear masks while inside the office except during the consultation and treatment.
Health Screening
All patients will be subject to a health certification prior to each appointment and may be asked to reschedule, particularly if your appointment is considered medium to high risk.
Product
All product will be kept in the back. Please let us know what you would like to purchase at the time of your visit and we will have it ready for you to take home. If you would like to purchase product without an appointment please call or email us and we will take payment over the phone and provide curbside pick-up.
